State judiciary declines to comment on 'separation' of Second Circuit magistrate judge

A state judge in southeast South Dakota has been removed from the bench.

Second Circuit Court Magistrate Judge Wade E. Warntjes is no longer on the South Dakota Unified Judicial System’s roster of judges after the 53-year-old was placed on administrative leave earlier this month.
