That didn’t take long.

A Sioux Falls man who was released from jail two weeks ago pending his trial in a massive cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme is back in the hoosegow.

Benjamin Wiener was in custody at the Minnehaha County Jail after being arrested July 27 for violating the conditions of his pretrial release. Wiener, who was initially arrested after a grand jury indicted him in June, had been freed July 14 by Federal Magistrate Judge Veronica Duffy.
