Fellow voters, I am writing today to urge you to consider voting Frank Kloucek for the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission during the Nov. 3 election.
It is imperative now more than ever we bring balance and a watchful eye to the commission. If you are like me, your utility rates along with everything else have gone up steadily in the past decade; the PUC has allowed these rate increases.
