A mental health and addiction crisis center that opened its doors in Sioux Falls two years ago is already facing a funding shortfall.

The Link, a community triage center in downtown Sioux Falls that provides around-the-clock access to services for individuals experiencing sobering, addiction management and behavioral health crisis needs, operates with a combination of funding from the city, Minnehaha County, Sanford Health and Avera Health.
