Winner in clean-up mode after getting slammed in storm
High winds, hail downed trees, flipped RVs, tore off roofs
Last weekend, the Winner Drive In Theater showed the movie “Twisters,” the sequel to the 1996 “Twister,” an action thriller in which the Midwest is plagued by tornadoes.
Monday, the theater was heavily damaged in a storm, with most of its screen torn down.
“It got pretty banged up,” owner Austin Moser said Tuesday morning.
