A national abortion-access organization under investigation in South Dakota contends its outreach in the state is protected speech.
Mayday Health is pushing back on assertions that an advertising campaign promoting abortion pills in more than a dozen South Dakota cities might violate the state’s near-total abortion ban, which includes a prohibition on chemically induced pregnancy termination.
