VIEWPOINT: Open Streets is an invitation to Sioux Falls and the region

This summer, Phillips Avenue from 10th to 12th Streets will look a little different on First Fridays. From May through August, Downtown Sioux Falls will host a series of four Open Streets experiences, each with its own theme and location and designed to welcome people into the heart of our city.

We intentionally call them Open Streets because that is exactly what they are: open to people.
