Trial date set for Pischke election fraud case

A Dell Rapids state senator facing felony forgery charges could see his case go to a jury trial.

Thomas Pischke, 44, appeared Sept. 15 in Minnehaha County court for an arraignment hearing on two felony counts of offering a false or forged instrument for filing.

Innocent until proven guilty and all that, but he’s a disgrace and his case points to the whole “non-citizen voter fraud is a big problem” being just so much bullshit. It’s Republicans who are committing voter fraud and this is a case in point.
