The Link, a community triage center, is planning to take on a new manager for its downtown Sioux Falls clinic.

Thomas Otten, vice president of Avera Behavioral Health Services, told the Sioux Falls City Council that The Link released a new request for proposal on Aug. 31 for a clinical operations contract, which would determine who runs the daily operations of its facility.
