Money could be awaiting South Dakotans after a recent judgment against nationwide drug pushers.
The Attorney General’s Office on Tuesday announced consumers in the state might be eligible for compensation for certain generic drug purchases after the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut OK’d a plan to distribute settlement funds paid by generic drug manufacturers accused of illegally conspiring to raise the prices of generic pharmaceutical drugs.
