South Dakota issues first recall of cannabis products
605 Cannabis says its products do not pose any health risks, launches internal investigation
South Dakota medical marijuana dispensaries are pulling more than 100 different varieties of products from their shelves amid the state’s first ever cannabis recall.
But the goods subjected to the recall do not pose health risks, according to the company subjected to the recall.
The South Dakota Medical Cannabis Program on Friday requested a voluntary product recall of marijuana goods due to alleged health and safety violation by 605 Cannabis, a Lincoln County-based cannabis company that sells products under the name Badlands.
