PIERRE — An operationally efficient season of lawmaking in the South Dakota Capitol has earned the Legislature's top operations official a permanent gig.
Legislative leaders in the South Dakota State Capitol plan to remove the interim tag from John McCullough's title as director of the Legislative Research Council (LRC), which serves as the records clerk for the legislative branch of South Dakota state government.
