Anti–data center petitions will not force a referendum election in Sioux Falls.

The Sioux Falls City Clerk’s Office announced Friday that Let Sioux Falls Vote has fallen short of collecting the necessary signatures of qualified registered voters needed to halt a recently adopted zoning ordinance where Gemini Capital plans a hyperscale data center.
