Four Winds Festival turns 10: Anticipation builds ahead of festival milestone

FROM 2025: As summer slowly approaches, concert-goers have already begun to make travel plans for “festival season.” However, those in Sioux Falls won’t have to travel far as one of the biggest music festivals in the Dakotas will be taking place in Downtown Sioux Falls on Aug. 8 and 9.
