Sioux Falls chef Jordan Taylor, among the culinary artists credited with recent cuisine advances in the Sioux Falls restaurant scene, is the subject of a documentary made by Black Hills State University students.

Taylor is the restaurateur behind Bread & Circus, a delicatessent featured in internationally acclaimed chef Guy Fieri’s “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.” The chef turned A-list food critic dined on Taylor’s Vietnamese fried chicken sandwich and curry cauliflower in a 2021 episode of the widely watched TV show.

Besides Bread & Circus, Taylor also operates Pizza Cheeks and En Place Catering in Sioux Falls. He’s also executive chef at the Boat House Bar & Grill at Pierre’s Spring Creek.
