Paramount Pictures reported several crewmembers were injured while filming a stunt for their new film, Gladiator 2. The accident happened near the end of the day on set in Morocco. A total of six were hospitalized for burn injuries and two more treated and released. The sequel to the 2000 epic stars Paul Mescal, Pedro Pascal, Denzel Washington and Connie Nielsen with Ridley Scott reprising his role as director.
