Lincoln County commissioners unanimously advanced a provisional 2027 budget Thursday that would draw about $11.2 million from reserves to balance the general fund.

The vote sends the plan to public review but does not approve final spending. The county will hold a hearing Sept. 1 and plans final adoption Sept. 22.

The general fund proposal totaled $36,795,216 when commissioners began their discussion. It included $11,177,028 from reserves and about $20.4 million in expected property tax revenue.
