Four days after being arraigned in Second Circuit Court for allegedly submitting bogus candidate nominations to the Minnehaha County Auditor’s Office last spring, legal representation for state Sen. Tom Pischke (R-Dell Rapids) had the judge set to hear the case recused — longtime South Dakota Judge Susan Sabers.
