
A Sioux Falls development company whose clientele included a potential data center has settled a lawsuit with a former partner it accused of stealing clients.
A1 Development and Kyle Peters filed court documents in Watertown last week settling the suit that A1 filed earlier this year. Peters, a son-in-law of former Gov. Kristi Noem and a current Watertown city councilor, had been with A1 starting in 2021.
