A company that owns hundreds of decommissioned Army ordinance bunkers in southwestern South Dakota had the ability to evict a tenant who violated the terms of a lease agreement, the South Dakota Supreme Court ruled Thursday.

The ruling was a victory for Vivos, a California company that purchased the former Black Hills Ordinance Depot outside of Edgemont. Developed during World War II, the depot was abandoned in 1967.
