The South Dakota Supreme Court has disbarred one lawyer and suspended another over separate allegations of misconduct.
Dylan Wilde, a family lawyer in Spearfish, lost his license to practice law in South Dakota following multiple allegations of sexual misconduct with clients. He was also licensed in Wyoming and North Dakota. The disbarment was forwarded to those states and the American Bar Association for action.
The Court also suspended Donald Tinklepaugh’s license for one year following his conduct during a “tumultuous custody dispute.” The suspension was retroactive to May 18.
