The backers of a constitutional amendment that voters will decide in November accused their opponents of waging a dishonest campaign Wednesday.
The pro-Amendment L group, Save Our South Dakota Constitution, said it sent a cease-and-desist letter to South Dakota media organizations calling on them to discontinue airing “misleading and untruthful commercials” funded by anti-Amendment L groups.
