

On Nov. 3, South Dakota voters will be asked whether to change our Constitution so that 60% of voters must approve any constitutional amendment — including amendments placed on the ballot by citizens.
Right now, a majority is enough.
Under Amendment L:
51% YES — FAIL
55% YES — FAIL
59% YES — FAIL
60% YES — PASS
