A federal judge Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit brought by Brown County Sheriff Dave Lunzman against Brown County and the city of Aberdeen.

Besides suing the county and the city, Lunzman also sued county commissioners, the county’s human resources director, the Brown County state’s attorney, the Aberdeen Police Department and the department’s former chief, David McNeil.
