Gov. Kristi Noem can’t set foot on two thirds of Indian reservations within South Dakota borders.

The Yankton Sioux Tribe (YST) Friday became the latest to banish the governor from their jurisdiction, voting unanimously for a resolution prohibiting Noem from coming onto the roughly 36,800 acres of land it controls in southeast South Dakota.
