We all know about government regulations. Probably we’ve all bumped into one that irritated us. As a Minnehaha County commissioner for 16 years, I’ve heard a few folks complain about them, some with good reason, some with no reason.

I’ve also heard folks demanding more regulations. Usually, they want more regulations on their neighbors and fewer on themselves.
