Marty Jackley has set his sights on U.S. Congress in the wake of Rep. Dusty Johnson's expected entry into the 2026 South Dakota GOP primary election for governor, setting the stage for what could be a crowded field of Republican rivals.
The two-time attorney general told The Dakota Scout Friday he intends to pursue South Dakota's lone at-large congressional seat on Capitol Hill.
