The people of South Dakota are frustrated. And rightly so. It appears there is still a segment of our legislature that feels it’s acceptable to run roughshod over the rights of the citizens. I had hoped that the political grandstanding and intimidation might have ended after the carbon pipeline. Alas, there’s a new game in town — data centers.
