Lately, there have been a lot of conversations about big ideas for Downtown Sioux Falls: how we plan, how we grow, how we invest, and how we bring the community along with us.
Outside of downtown, two concerns come up. The first is “Downtown gets everything.” The second is “Voters do not want to spend the money.”
