But when it comes to national defense, cybersecurity and navigating the new digital frontier, Sen. Mike Rounds has established himself as the policy expert to responsibly advance transformational technology that will protect the United States and lead to breakthrough discoveries in healthcare and precision agriculture.
Having recently spoken at a technology and cybersecurity seminar in Washington, D.C., hosted by Sen. Rounds, I was reminded of how vital deeply informed leadership is during this era of rapid technological evolution. As someone who has spent decades working at the intersection of higher education, national security and information technology, I can say without hesitation that Sen.
