As the head of the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, I hear daily from business owners, large and small. What they want is simple: a stable environment where growth is encouraged and rules are clear.
That is why the arrival of a $550 million investment for the CJ Schwan’s bibigo Asian food production facility being built here in Sioux Falls should be celebrated, not questioned.
