In just a few months, you’ll step into one of the hardest — and most rewarding — roles of your life. There will be days you’ll wonder why you ever wanted this job, and other days when you’ll hope it never ends. Before I have the chance to walk down those marble steps of City Hall one final time, I wanted to leave you a few words of advice to use however you see fit.
