President Donald Trump’s border czar will be in South Dakota next month to headline the state’s largest annual law enforcement gathering.
Thomas Homan, executive associate director for Enforcement and Removal Operations at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is set to deliver the keynote address Oct. 29 at the 44th Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Dinner and Children’s Charity Fundraiser.
