Union-backed highway workers cut new labor deal with Minnehaha County
Pay bumps, added holiday in contract negotiated between commission, AFSCME

Highway workers in South Dakota’s most populous county deserve a raise.
That’s according to Minnehaha County commissioners, who earlier this week signed off on a new three-year contract with 21 labor union-backed employees within the county highway department.
