Sioux Falls woman, inmate, also indicted for delivering drugs that resulted in overdose deaths
Twenty-four prison inmates have been indicted on charges they participated in a series of fights that broke out May 27 at the South Dakota Penitentiary, leaving more than a dozen injured.
In addition, two people — including a Sioux Falls woman — have been indicted on charges of distribution of controlled substances that led to the overdose deaths of two inmates.
