SIOUX CITY, Iowa — A third person has been charged in connection with the disappearance and death of a 14-year-old Sioux Falls girl, according to court documents.
In a criminal complaint unsealed Monday, Oct. 5, federal prosecutors in Iowa added 48-year-old Kevin Chapman, of Sioux Falls, as a co-defendant alongside 52-year-old Mark Milk and 38-year-old Jon Rogness in the criminal case surrounding the death of McKenna Wendel.
Chapman, a registered sex offender in South Dakota, was charged federally in the Northern District of Iowa with conspiracy to distribute cocaine resulting in death.
