Members of the gubernatorial inauguration committee in Pierre were surprised by the participation of a special guest during a recent meeting. It was none other than Corey Lewandowski, the former campaign manager for Donald Trump.
Lewandowski, a close confidant of Gov. Kristi Noem’s, joined the meeting by phone, according to Sen. Mary Duvall, the legislative representative to the inaugural committee.
