The South Dakota political world is watching as Rapid City voters decide whether a $125 million theme park and entertainment district should receive an eight-figure boost from City Hall.

Business and economic development advocates rallied this week behind Libertyland USA and a tax increment financing (TIF) district that would cover $27 million in infrastructure and site preparation costs.
