Several South Dakota schools are receiving top marks from the state for their students’ performance in math and English.

The South Dakota Department of Education recognized four South Dakota schools as South Dakota Blue Ribbon Schools for repeatedly demonstrating high proficiency in English language arts and math, according to a news release from the department.

South Dakota colleges keep filling the classrooms

First-time freshman enrollment climbs at the state’s public universities; Augustana welcomed its largest student body in school history.
