Few South Dakotans likely realize their state is the birth-place of one of the world’s longest-running UFO, indigenous prophecy and star teaching conventions.

Founded nearly 30 years ago by a Yankton Sioux Tribe chief, the Star Knowledge Conference will again draw tribal elders, shamans and enthusiasts of Native American spirituality and extraterrestrial phenomena from across the planet to the banks of the Missouri River next month.
