Two Minnehaha County residents over 64 among 2,800 confirmed cases
A pair of South Dakotans have died as a result of the seasonal flu.
The Department of Health on Wednesday reported the first two influenza deaths of the 2025–2026 season, both Minnehaha County residents — both older than 64 years.
