South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley is putting a top cop on each side of the Missouri River.
The Attorney General’s Office this month announced the creation of two new regional leadership positions within the state’s Division of Criminal Investigation, a move Jackley says is aimed at improved management and outcomes in some of the most serious cases handled by state law enforcement.
