The City of Dell Rapids is taking action to get the public’s voice involved in the future of its downtown district.

The Dell Rapids City Council on Monday, June 15, unanimously approved the creation of the Downtown Vitality Committee, two weeks after some concerns about potential nepotism tabled the initial proposal.
