Sioux Falls Southeast District council race gets third candidate in former DOC official
Brady Kerkman focusing on public safety, housing and transparency
A former Department of Corrections employee who is now a fundraiser in the nonprofit sector has joined the growing field of candidates running for office in Sioux Falls.
Brady Kerkman has joined the race for the Southeast District. Two other candidates, Michael Crane and Sara Pankonin, are also in the race.
Sioux Falls has four council seats and the mayor’s race this June. The Southeast District will be open with the departure of David Barranco, who is running for state auditor.
