The number of kids unable to enroll in the Sioux Falls School District’s primary early childhood education program is growing.

But without more aid from the South Dakota Legislature, district administrators and the Sioux Falls Board of Education aren’t overly hopeful that much can be done to start whittling away at a waitlist that now includes more than 150 families.
