The Sioux Falls community got to weigh in Thursday on a new development happening in downtown Sioux Falls.
Locals explored the future site of The Quarry at the Falls, a planned park development that aims to turn a former industrial gray area of Sioux Falls into something more vibrant.
The project is being made possible by a $15 million grant from the Bezos Earth Fund, specifically its “Greening America’s Cities” program. Greening America’s Cities seeks to turn gray areas across the country into green areas, such as parks and community gardens.
