A feasibility study has found market support for development of a new lodging option in Tea as soon as 2030.
In a study dated May 2026, Wisconsin-based Patek Hospitality Consultants recommended construction of a 75-room hotel facility in the booming city of Tea, citing the ongoing growth in the greater Sioux Empire as well as proximity to Sioux Falls.
