Five South Dakota students earned national recognition at the SkillsUSA competition in Atlanta. Hosted by the National Leadership & Skills Conference from June 23–28, SkillsUSA tests students on their technical expertise on a national stage.
“SkillsUSA is a national organization that empowers students to become world-class workers, leaders, and responsible American citizens,” the South Dakota chapter said in a release. “The NLSC is the culminating event of the program year, offering students the chance to compete, learn, and grow alongside the best of the best from across the country.”
