DirectTV has agreed to resume carrying the Newsmax news channel, ending a dispute over carriage fees that kept the service off the satellite television network. Newsmax will also be carried on DirectTV’s streaming service and U-verse video service. Together, those services have between 13.5 million and 14 million subscribers. As a result of the agreement, Newsmax will reach more than 60 million U.S. homes.
