Hundreds of people honored the life and legacy of Craig Lloyd Monday in a funeral service that tested the capacity of St. Mary Church in Sioux Falls.

Those who attended included numerous elected officials, city staff and members of the city’s business community. They heard a service that reflected on Lloyd’s humor – speakers at times told jokes about Lloyd – and also his dedication to family, friends and bettering his community, whether through business or philanthropy.

The 76-year-old titan in the Sioux Falls business community died Jan. 29.
